About me

My name is Dr. Judit Lencse.

I am an osteopath, physiotherapist, and trainer.

I welcome patients for consultations at my practice in Kanie, near Warsaw.

My purpose

For me, the most important part of every consultation is the person sitting in front of me.

I always begin with a thorough medical history and, when necessary, recommend additional examinations. My priority is to ensure that every patient can undergo treatment safely. Patient safety always comes first.

Together, we look for the approach that best suits each individual. Sometimes only a few sessions are needed; in other cases, treatment takes longer. Every patient receives care tailored to their unique needs.

"Primum non nocere" is the principle that guides my work with patients.

Osteopathy & Physiotherapy Practice Dr. Judit Lencse D.O.

I graduated from the Faculty of Rehabilitation at the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw (AWF), where I also worked as a researcher and lecturer from 2002 to 2017. I received my PhD in Physical Culture Sciences from the same faculty.

I have been practising as a physiotherapist since graduating. I completed my osteopathic education at FICO-MUM School of Osteopathic Medicine and have undertaken further postgraduate training in paediatrics and neurology.

Sport has always been an important part of my life. I have been physically active since childhood, taught fitness classes for 25 years, trained for and competed in triathlons, and for the past 15 years have also led Spinning® classes and provided personal training.

The human body has always fascinated me and continues to surprise me. The way it functions is remarkably logical. This is why I am passionate about anatomy, physiology, and embryology. The connections within the human body are almost limitless, and continually expanding my understanding of them helps me identify the underlying causes of my patients' symptoms and provide more effective treatment.

Every patient I meet presents a new challenge and an opportunity to learn. I am grateful to all my patients for the trust they place in me.

I provide osteopathic treatment for, among others:

  • women before, during, and after pregnancy, including those experiencing fertility difficulties,

  • adults and children of all ages,

  • patients with orthopaedic, neurological, gynaecological, developmental, geriatric, temporomandibular joint (TMJ), and orthodontic conditions.
